I have a nasal congestion for past one year..am using nasal spray for a year . Couldn't breath without that. If I don't use it feel like shortness of breath. Got an images from my mobile.

As you are using nose drop for last one year , now you are dependent on nose drop First stop using nose drop continuously Tab allerid D one tab twice a day Steam inhalation twice a day Nasal drop ply SOS
