Hello , Thanks for your query first. Some basic ways of whitening teeth are as follows... 1. Brush After Drinking or Eating. 2. Use Hydrogen Peroxide: use half water and half hydrogen peroxide, swish around in your mouth for about one minute, and then rinse.  3. Use lemon and orange peel. 4. Use of organic & Healthy Foods. 5. Coconut Oil Pulling: this is tried and tested. Many of my patients are praising the results of oil pulling.
Next Steps
If all of above have been tried out or didn't work out then you are recommended to go your nearest dentist and get done with scaling / polishing or whatever dentist prescribes you.

Hello, yellow teeth could be because of stains or deposits on your teeth or food lodged in your teeth. Visit a dentist get your scaling and polishing done. as a home remedy you can apply baking soda or strawberry crush on the teeth for sometime, this will help to make teeth brighter. you can also go for bleaching or whitening. Brush twice daily, maintain proper brushing technique, floss regularly and rinse after every meal.

hi, the best way is to visit a nearby dentist and get a scaling done which usually costs around 500-1000 rs. also try not to eat paan anymore as even if u get the cleaning or scaling done.. still stains can return if u dont stop the habit.
Next Steps
STOP THE HABIT, visit a dentist.
Health Tips
if u try home remedies, they might be as effective as scaling and might turn out more expensive than a normal scaling

Eating paan or any other coloured food causes staining of teeth, these stains cannot be removed using any home remedies. There is a simple procedure known as scaling which will remove the stains ultrasonically. My suggestion would be you should visit a dentist and get that treatment done.
Next Steps
After the treatment is done,y you can prevent the teeth from getting stained  again by 1 Stop eating paan 2 brushing twice a day 3 using mouthwash atleast once a day
Health Tips
Eating paan with tobacco can cause cancer.it would be better for you if you stop that habit as it does more harm then good.
