My parents got COVID positive recently

My parents got COVID positive recently. Got them tested twice. One report is based on T gene and 2 nd report is based on N gene. What should we make out of these 2 reports. Is the infection serious? They don't have much issues otherwise. Only have slight fever and coughing. Is there any need for hospitalisation? My father is heart patient and mother is diabetic. Reports are attached for reference.

Duration of symptoms? Considering age and comorbidities they need proper medication and follow up. Keep their hydration well, continue the other medication. Need consultation.

You can start symptomatic treatment of your parents and keep monitoring blood pressure, pulse and oxygen saturation every 4 to 6 hourly. Also check their d dimer , crp , il6 and ferritin levels. Let them continue with their regular long term medications as usual. They will be fine.
