My outer and upper gums are hurting
My outer and upper gums are hurting while eating hard things and it bleeded when I ate some mixture.
It is mainly due to deposites of food residuals inbetwen the tooth and marginal gingiva(the gum that surrounds ur teeth)these are basicaly soft and loose in nature so that the deposition plaque occures easily and it is more prone to infection which often shows symptoms like bleeding while brushing,gum pain,sweliing,rendness of gums and pain

Hii... If your gums hurt & bleed while having food , it can be because of gingivitis or periodontitis (pyorrhoea). For proper diagnosis & treatment plan you should send a pic of your gums & book a video consultation.
