Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. --. Use a pillow under the knees. --. It is most likely due to osteoarthritis. All the treatments are temporary apart from knee replacement. You can try home remedies now at the moment (corona situation). Try hot water bags or ice ( not at the same time). Do quadriceps exercises. Try some supplements might help for time being. Call near by clinics over phone and enquire about home visit. Hope she gets some pain relief.
