Dr. My leg muscles are pained every time. I cant sleep plz suggest me a medicine that actually works fast

It's usually due to tightness It gives rest pains Medicines are not good for organs and they are effective only for couple of hours Vcsn suggest you stretching exercises that you can do for couple of times in a day at home to relieve the tightness
