Hi. Iam type 2 diabetic patient my hbalc value 5.9 so is this reversal in future now what should I do how to reduce sugar levels please suggest and please find attached report

Your hba1c is improving but random blood glucose is high.kindly get your kidney function test done and follow up with reports.
