My father has gall stone, ultrasound report is attached please help. He had mild pain in stomach For 3-4 hours. He has bp and dibetes

Gall bladder needs to be removed. If he is diabetic his sugar must be well controlled. He needs to reduce his weight in view of grade 3 fatty liver disease. Consult a local Gastroenterologist for further treatment.
