For reducing cholesterol follow three main things like healthy diey ,exercise and walk early morning and evening . Take high fibre food in ur diet ,add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet ,avoid oily and fried food . Follow nuts and seeds which increase ur good fats and reduce ur bad cholesterol . Include complex carbohydrates like whole grains millets, brown rice  in diet Include oil seeds and nuts. Exercise regularly. Avoid outside food and junk. Avoid alcohol smoking Reduce simple carbohydrates like sugars dessert in diet.
