Twitching could be due local muscle contractions as a result of dehydration, electrolytes/mineral imbalance.Drink adequate amount of water and take magnesium, potassium supplement for a few days.

Muscle twitching can be caused by factors like stress, fatigue, dehydration, or electrolyte imbalances. Since you have no other symptoms, it’s likely benign. Here are some steps you can take: - **Hydration & Nutrition**: Ensure you're drinking enough water and consuming foods rich in **magnesium, potassium, and calcium**. - **Stretch & Massage**: Gently stretch the affected muscle and massage it to relieve tension. - **Reduce Caffeine & Stress**: Excess caffeine or stress can trigger twitching, so cutting back may help. - **Rest & Sleep**: Prioritize good sleep hygiene to allow your muscles to recover. If the twitching persists or worsens
