My both hands joints are paining, like nerve is paining Fingers feels numb sometimes. Feets are also little fatigue and restless from last 5-7 months What would it be

Try taking otc pain medication and use hot packs. If pain didn't subside, you may need to be evaluated for arthritis .also do get your uric acid and vitamin levels checked.
