Hello, Milk teeth has its life but do visit a dentist for regular checkup, so that your child will have a healthier teeth.

Milk tooth will be replaced by permanent tooth. But this process do take many years. Till the time permanent tooth doesn't erupt, milk tooth will help to chew. If you notice some cavity in tooth, then go and get them treated. As if you delay they may become more carious and cause pain. So it's better to take treatment as early as possible.

Go for treatment it will fall at the age of 11 years .

Don't worry All the 20 deciduous(primary teeth) will be replaced by the permanent teeth counterparts at corresponding ages But a decay in primary upper molar teeth will affect the erupting permanent premolar teeth if left untreated the decay(caries) will progress.

Milk teeth start shedding by 6 years of age and process continues till 12 years. During this time every tooth has its own time to shed. The upper milk tooth molar will shed by 10-12 years of age. If left untreated, it would start causing pain, swelling, damage the developing permanent tooth above the roots of this milk tooth amongs a few things. Please visit a pediatric dentist for a check up and treatment for this. Remember, decay spreads from one tooth to another , it's very important to get it treated before it progresses any further
