Muscle tear

My foot slipped on 30th dec . From last 10 days i m having lower back pain of right side. And last 5 days the pain was unbearable and Dr told that you have got a muscle injury in your lower back . What should I do now? Can I climb the stairs with this problem? Which precautions should I follow?

You have back muscle spasm causing pain. You should rest on proper comfortable couch, apply some ointment and hot fomentation timely.. Avoid getting up without support. Avoid bumpy ride and travel. If not getting better you need some scans and medications after clinical examination. Never take backache lightly.
