I was having left side and back pain so I went to cardiologist and he told me that I was having muscle ache. So can muscle pain can pain in my hands too?? And also I have digestive issues.

Hi, Upper backache, neckache, scapular pain may radiate to arm because of route of nerves. Digestive issue sometimes increases the symptoms.
