Madam activeness is something that depends on your physical and mental status, sorry to say but it’s not like that you have some multivitamin and you will be active… You have to find out the cause of lethargy by asking yourself, weather you are physically and mentally healthy, what about your sleep pattern and environment! So there could be several reasons behind that, you have to sort it out by yourself.
Next Steps
-Try to get good sleep for at least 6 to 8 hours but keep your electronic gadget in off mode. - Go for some physical activity by your choice - Try to spare some time for yourself only - Go for yoga’s These things will give you ample of activeness. YOU CAN HAVE MULTIVITAMINS WITH ANTIOXIDANTS THEY WILL ADDITIONALLY HELP YOU, like CAP ATO Z GOLD ONCE DAILY FOR 15 days ________________
