Can i take multivitamin tablets daily, does it have side effects for long term use, if no side effect which brand can i use Thanks

Hello there, no tablet should be taken for long term use unless and until prescribed by the doctor. Multivitamin tablets should be taken for a month, go for branded company also Do take proper diet.
