Do not self supplement in any which way.Speak to a Dr. Before having any multi vitamins.Every
vitamin and mineral has a limit in which it needs to be taken and excess of these can lead to a problem.If you have been eating a well balanced diet then you need not eat any multi vitamins.The nutrition you are getting from diet should be enough.
