Based on the history of a painless swelling on the lower lip that increases and decreases in size, a mucocele (mucous retention/extravasation cyst) is certainly a possibility. However, from the photograph, the lesion appears to have a whitish surface and other conditions such as a traumatic ulcer, irritation fibroma, or minor salivary gland lesion should also be considered. Since it has been present for only about a week, you may observe it for a short period while avoiding lip biting, trauma, and excessive manipulation of the area. There is no specific medication that reliably cures a mucocele. Many resolve spontaneously, but recurrent or persistent lesions often require minor surgical excision along with removal of the involved minor salivary gland.
Next Steps
I would recommend an in-person evaluation by an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon or Oral Medicine specialist if the swelling persists beyond 2–3 weeks, continues to recur, or increases in size.

Based on the history and photo, this does appear consistent with a mucocele (a mucus-filled cyst from a minor salivary gland), which commonly occurs on the lower lip after repeated lip biting or minor trauma. Unfortunately, there is no medication that reliably removes a mucocele. Many resolve spontaneously over a few weeks, but some repeatedly shrink and refill, which matches your description.
Next Steps
Avoid lip biting, chewing, or squeezing the swelling. Do not try to puncture it yourself. Maintain good oral hygiene. If it persists beyond 2–4 weeks, increases in size, recurs frequently, or interferes with eating/speaking, consult a dentist or oral surgeon. A minor procedure may be needed to remove the cyst and the involved salivary gland.

Its mucocel , thats just saliva collected. It happens when a salivary gland duct gets blocked or injured, often from accidentally biting your lip or cheek.Usually no treatment required , unless it is disturbing , painfull , grows larger. Can getfemoved by simple one day procedure.
