Hello sir, You can use a mouth wash . But mouthwash has to be used after breakfast or before going to bed, do not dilute it, hold it in your mouth for 30secs and spit it , after spiting again do not gargle your mouth with water. You will  feel the difference yourself.

No you can not use mouthwash immediately after brushing because the toothpaste ingredients interact with mothwash especially chlorhexidine mouthwash so there should be gap of near abot 15 to 20 minutea between brushing and mouthwash .
