I am a diabetic patient and suffering from mouth ulcers since 4-5 months. Consulted 2-3 doctors and continuing their medicine.

You need to control your blood sugar by medicine and proper diet. Do warm salt water mouthwash. Consult with a oral pathologist.

I would suggest a course of B complex vitamins fir 6months along with get your teeth checked fir any sharp tooth or filling causing chronic irritation
