I have been suffering from Recurrent multiple ulcers since 4 months.i consulted doctor he prescribed b complex and multiple vit tablets but there is no result.what precautions I should take to cure ulcers.

Just apply dologel and dont spit for half an hour and do this twice. If not cured refer to gastro

Consult a gastroenterologist to check for any gastric issues. Manage stress and eat healthy home cooked meals. Avoid very hot and spicy food and have lot of probiotics like curd, banana etc

Ulcers have many reasons. Could be because of stress, vitamin deficiency.
