My son has Mouth ulcer for 3-4 days. Can I give Folic acid 5 mg for 7 days? He has no other problem and not taking any medicine. Please advise.

Ulcers can be becoz of various reasons like  exam stress or he must have bitten it or if he is on any strong medicines or deficiency... U can start with multivitamins once a day for 30days and orasep ointment 2 to 3 times a day on the ulcer
