I am getting mouth ulcers off and on. Sometimes it goes off by itself. But sometimes it takes a longer period to heal. Our local doc prescribed Anabel CT gel and Nutrolin b for 10 days. But things haven't improved. What exactly should I take. What toothpaste should I use ?
