I understand how uncomfortable and frustrating this can be. From what you’ve described and from the pic u have sent, this looks like recurrent mouth ulcer. These ulcers often heal on their own and then come back in the same place, which is quite common. They can happen due to stress, acidity, lack of vitamins (B12), or  can be due to repeated irritation from teeth or lip biting. In most cases, this is not serious, but since it keeps coming back,, it’s important to treat it properly.
Next Steps
To help the ulcer heal fast and reduce pain,, Apply Dologel CT gel directly on the ulcer 3 times a day Take a tab B-complex once daily after food for 10 days Apply Hexigel at night to prevent infection If the ulcer does not heal within 14 days or starts bleeding, please consult with a doctor for examination
Health Tips
Avoid spicy, sour, and veryy hot foods. Do not bite the ulcer repeatedly Maintain good oral hygiene. Do not lie down immediately after fooda,, wait at least 2 hours, as acidity can worsen mouth ulcers Reduce stress and get adequate sleep

This looks like a common mouth ulcer that can come and go and usually heals on its own. Avoid spicy or hot foods and keep the area clean; a soothing mouth gel can help with pain.

This pattern is very common and is most often due to recurrent aphthous stomatitis (also called canker sores or aphthous ulcers). These are small, painful ulcers inside the mouth (on soft tissues like the inner cheek, lips, tongue underside, etc.). The exact cause is often unclear, but it frequently involves a mix of factors like: Local irritation or minor trauma in that specific area (e.g., accidental biting, sharp tooth edge, aggressive brushing, or friction from food/dental work). Triggers such as stress, certain foods (spicy, acidic, or rough items), hormonal changes, or even toothpaste ingredients. In some cases, nutritional deficiencies (e.g., iron, vitamin B12, folate) or underlying conditions (like gastrointestinal issues), though these usually cause more widespread ulcers.
