For pain in arms, leg and chest consult any physician. You can consult dentist for toothache and gum pain.    Chest pain and gum pain( or toothache ) is not inter related.
Next Steps
Consult Physician for chest pain first of all.
Health Tips
Don't take any medicine by youself.
