Hi Normal intake of water in a day is 2 to 3 liters which is healthy, drinking more water can lead to lot for problems .... It can lead to fluid overload in the body and imbalance in the body. Excess water can lead to lower sodium levels in the body, which may further lead to nausea, vomiting, cramps, fatigue, et al. This condition is known as hyponatremia.

You can have 4-5 lt of water on this hot water over the day which fulfill your day requirements... If you feel more thirsty you can have some little sweet and salty water or other fluids to manage your electrolytes... Please have water when ever you feel thirsty... skipping having water just for counting may also create imbalance.. For further queries please connect directly. Thanks.
