Molar tooth pain
Hi doctor
My noth side molar are emerging..One of the molar is impacted(saw from GOOGLE)..Impacted i mean the whole tooth is emeging across the gums of other tooth.
The other side molar is also emerging and is alos impacted.
I am not able to eat..Its paining a lot.
Please help on the same that should I get it checked in the hospital.

Impacted molar are often quite painful. Visit your nearby dentist when lockdown opens. But for time being.

-Tab clavum 625mg - thrice daily for 5days.
-Tab Zerodol SP - twice daily for 5days.
-Tab pan 40 - once before food.
-warm saline rinse for mouth.

In case of excess and sudden pain, you can use Tab ketorol DT, maximum twice a day when your tooth aches.

Maam in this lockdown period I cannot suggest you visit any clinic or hospital .
I would suggest you please take theke medications , Warm saline gargle 3-4 times a day and get relieved .

1 tab bd x 5 days.

1 tab bd x 5 days
-Tab keterol Dt SOS
- Tab Rantac D
bd before meal x 5 days.

Need to get opg x Ray done
If they are impacted and causing harm,needs to be removed extracted
As of now take
Tab Oflox 500mg(twice daily after meals)
Tab Zerodol sp (twice daily after meals)
For 3days
Betadine gargles twice daily for week
Stolin gum paint locally on affected gums

Wisdom tooth may be impacted, you need to get a OPGXray done to see the position of the teeth.
For now, keep the area clean.
Do warm salt water rinses 3 times a day.
For pain take tab Ketorol DT SOS(when pain is present).
Next Steps
visit a dentist when possible to get it examined.
