To what it looks like from the picture you've possibly fractured the RCT treated tooth. If possible clinically after examination the prosthodontist can decide if it can be built up by post and core .

The clinical condition of the tooth presently is not highly favourable. The only way left to save the tooth is to get it evaluated through and x-ray so that the possibility of Post and core build up can be seen. In that case it will be possible to rebuild the structure and give a crown over it but otherwise extraction will remain as the only option. Please take care to follow the instructions of your dentist next time onwards and do not delay the prescribed treatment so that these kind of damages do not happen because extraction at your age is definitely not the treatment of choice. Regards
