Missed periods after HSG test done.

Hi, I have been trying to get conceived for the past 2 years but didn't get success. Last month after all the tests were done as my doc suggested I got for HSG test. Results have no blockage. This test was done on 30th july after my last period on dated 25th of July. I was supposed to get my next period on 25th Aug as I have 30 day cycle but still not got. It's my 12th day(6th Sept). I took a pregnancy test two times on the 1st and 3rd of Sept but both times it was negative. I have no such symptoms of pregnancy nor for period. My doc asked me to wait for the next 7 days. What to do, kindly suggest.
