Milk bleb is a localised infection. The lesion is very painful and breastfeeding becomes impossible. The treatment is by antibiotics given orally and also by local application. Please consult your Gynaecologist for further management because the breast may have to be emptied.

These are usual complaints and very painful . Express milk and feed the child . Do warm fermentation and express milk after that painkiller like paracetamol or Combiflam can be given. Consult online for better understanding and help.
