Mild random cramps

I'm 13 weeks pregnant and when I lay down or go to sleep, i feel certain abdominal cramps, sometimes on the right or left or maybe center. They definitely go away in a few seconds. What that pain is about though?

If your cramps go away within seconds then you don't need treatment for those cramps. Please continue your consultation with a Gynaecologist in your area

As ur uterus is growing in size and weight it causes streching of its supporting ligaments especially when u change ur posture , like laying down or sitting.. its normal when this pain occurs  take rest. Nothing to worry if the pain is not associated with bleeding or watery discharge

Both your body and uterus are adapting to this major change of pregnancy. This should subside in some time.
