Hello, I am feeling a pressure type mild headache throughout the day, Sometimes I feel relaxed also. I feel sometimes at the top of my head sometimes both sides sometimes the front area. While driving I feel more pressure at both side pressure but while sitting in the vehicle I don't feel. It's been 20 days . My BP is 130/90 . I reduced my screen time to 1 hour which was earlier 6-8 hours per day from the last 7 days. I am sleeping enough. I have some stress & anxiety issues also. That's why I am taking the Nexito Plus tablet at bedtime which was prescribed by a doctor a year ago. Should I worry about my headache? Please help
