Hi doctors I had swelling below knee and leg pain since 1 month had mri yesterday which showed low degree partial acl tear & mild joint effusion Can I do regular walking for an hour everyday or do I have to avoid all these

Avoid prolonged standing and walking. Start quadriceps exercises.

When the injury happened..?. Partial tear means yes u can walk if it was not a recent injury
