For the last one year I have been facing pain in my anal during poo as well as daily routine work. I checked and felt a little swelling near by anal hole. Kindly suggest a medically necessary solution along with precaution.

ZERODOLE SP Three times a day after food for ten days Pan d one in empty stomach for ten days.   Sitez bath, take a tub filled with hot to warm water add betadin solution 3-5 ml n sit in it if possible two times.
