For the last one year I have been facing pain in my anal during poo as well as daily routine work. I checked and felt a little swelling near by anal hole. Kindly suggest a medically necessary solution along with precaution.

Do sitz bath Take salads during meal, take fiber diet Use xylocain ointment ..apply it at anal region before going for latrine..it will completely cure your pain temporarily during process.

Augmentin duo 625 three times a day after food for ten days. ZERODOLE SP Three times a day after food for ten days Pan d one in empty stomach for ten days.   Sitez bath, take a tub filled with hot to warm water add betadin solution 3-5 ml n sit in it if possible two times. It gives you much relief.
