Hi I am suffering from mental health and self esteem issues. I worked in the industry. I want to take a leave to work on myself but somehow they are not understanding my situation and asking for a valid proof. I'm looking for guidance on how I can cope up with this

I'm sorry to hear that you're struggling with mental health and self-esteem issues. It's not uncommon for individuals to encounter challenges when seeking understanding and support from their employers. Coping with this situation requires both self-care strategies and effective communication techniques.

Hi, thank you for reaching out! That’s the first step towards taking control of your wellbeing and feeling better :) It seems unethical for the workplace to do such a thing, and I’m so sorry that you’re going through this. Counselling can definitely help in having a positive impact on how you see and feel about yourself, and can also motivate you to take steps in the right direction.
