Hi, thank you for reaching out. That’s the first step in taking control of your wellbeing and feeling better :) I can imagine how frustrated you must be feeling. I’d like to express to you that this feeling is completely natural and also very common these days, also due to the amount of social media content we engage with everyday. These feelings also come up when we compare ourselves with others, and go into a downward spiral when we see a gap. It’s important to remind yourself that everyone has their own timeline, talent and skills. You will find what works for you and gain confidence in yourself. Consulting a counselling psychologist can help you understand factors that are limiting you, learn how to manage and navigate your emotions, and also work towards your professional goals :)

It sounds like you're dealing with a lot of pressure, and the pursuit of perfection can indeed be overwhelming. It's important to recognize that it's okay not to be perfect in everything you do. Trying to achieve perfection can lead to increased stress, self-doubt, and sleep disturbances. Consider shifting your focus from perfection to doing your best. Understand that learning and growth come from challenges and mistakes. By allowing yourself the space to learn and improve gradually, you build resilience and belief in your capabilities. If these feelings persist and affect your well-being, it might be helpful to explore them further with the support of a mental health professional. Therapy, such as the services offered by Mind Sculpt, can provide valuable tools to manage stress, navigate self-doubt, and improve overall well-being. A therapist can work with you to develop healthier perspectives and coping mechanisms, allowing you to approach challenges with more confidence and less anxiety.
