Behaviour does not effect mental health where as mental health does effect behaviour...
But both goes hand in hand and have strong connection....
Firstly, if you have a sound mind, calm, peaceful and productive your behaviour follows it.... When your mind is good enough why would you ever behave wrongly...
It's the the thought first and then the action.... With out thought action cannot be performed... Without thinking can you consciously do anything?
There is two type conscious thought n unconscious thought....
Conscious thought eg- learning, writing, reading, analysing, problem solving....
Unconscious thought eg - eating, driving, swimming, cycling, riding... These actions becomes automatic after certain amount of practice.... There no need of any concentration.... Automatically you eat, drive, swim, cycle....
There's something called as subconscious also.... Like, dreams... These are buried emotions or desires which come as dreams.... That's an entire different subject....
