I am having less flow during my periods, today is my first day but my pad didnot cover for 3 hours even.  Can i take dashmularishta? Or  this flow is okay?

If you are saying that you are using atleast 3-4 pads in a day and still you think your flow is less ? Please tell the exact thing, on what basis you said that you have less flow and dashmoolarishta is not for periods irregularities.
