It is due to over usage of your neck muscles.must br working in front of computer for long hours.neck muscles are stiff hence it won't let your neck move.it is a protective mechanism of you body to avoid further injury on neck.please do hot bottle heating on ur neck and meet physio nearby to release muscle stiffness.
