Lymph node on neck
I have a small lump on the right side of my neck (cervical area) for about 6 months. It started around 1 cm and now feels about 1.5 cm( not sure whether the size has increased or not). It is painless, slightly firm, and movable under the skin. I haven’t had any symptoms like fever, weight loss, or night sweats. I do have ongoing scalp issues—lice infestation and scalp psoriasis. Also my body itches especially at night.

The small, mobile, and painless lump you've described in the cervical area (neck) for the last 6 months is highly suggestive of a Reactive Lymph Node. Lymph nodes act as the body's 'filters,' and they frequently swell in response to local skin conditions. In your case, the combination of Scalp Psoriasis (an inflammatory condition) and Lice Infestation (which can cause minor skin breaks and secondary infections) provides a clear clinical trigger for the lymph nodes in the neck to remain chronically reactive or 'shotty.' Small, mobile, painless node for long time + scalp issues → most likely reactive lymph node.
Common with lice/psoriasis infections. Not dangerous.
Treat scalp problem first, node usually reduces.

This lump could just be a cervical lymph node which has increased in size due to your chronic scalp infection.
You must consult a dermatologist for your scalp and take treatment for the conditions and watch this lymph node reduce in size. Even then if it d goes not reduce, you need to get a fibre needle aspiration biopsy of this.
