Hi. I understand your concern s. Lymphnodes are present all over body . Don't worry about all that. Consult a pulmonologist for a detailed examination and investigation for the diagnosis of tb lymphnodes.

Hi.. Our body has multiple groups of lymphnodes and TB can essentially affect any of them. The affected lymphnode can be identified by imaging modalities (ultrasound, CT scan). The diagnosis is confirmed by either aspirating the contents or by taking a biopsy. Once confirmed, the patient needs to be treated with anti-TB medicines for a minimum duration of 6 months.

it can be anywhere in the body..neck,axilla,or can be intrathoracic visible on ct scan on chest. you have to prove first that lymph node is bcos of tuberculosis, treatment is simple in form of tablets for 6 mnths!!
