Multilobar multifocal confluent foci of nodules and small foci of consolidation in right upper lobe and bilateral basal segments of lower lobe. Lympnodes: Supraclavicular-nill significant Axillary -nill significant Mediastinal - paratracheal upto 9 mm AP nodes upto 7mm Hilar- nill significant ,right upto 6mm,left upto 7mm What does it mean in HRCT? I am confused.. Plz guide .

You need certain tests  may be biopsy also.pl do not neglect. Pl consult pulmonologist with detailed history and reports and treatment taken for better evaluation and treatment.
