Hello, I recently got a bump on my anus. It doesn't feel like a cyst. It feels like a lump. It is about a centimetre big. Earlier this week I did suffer from constipation. It pains slightly. I was menstruating too at that time. Now it's been around 5 days that I have it. What could it most likely be?

It's piles issue... Syp. Looz 20ml HS for a week. Anovate cream for local application twice daily for a week. Sitz bath twice daily.
