Lump inside right cheeks

I am having ulcer and also lump in my right cheeks it's been more than two weeks. Recently visited general physicians and she recommended gel and limci tab. Ulcers is fine now but lump is still there and also getting ulcer in right cheek

. a lump may be caused by a gum or tooth abscess or by irritation, muscle injury . But, because any unusual growths in or around the mouth can be cancer .the growths should be checked by a doctor or dentist without delay. For ulceration you should take Vit B capsules.

Lump in the cheek can be due to blockage in salivary glands ducts... Parotid gland duct inflammation and block can look like ulceration... Please get it checked by dentist.
