Hi... Should Try Conservative management. With rest and medications. Once pain reduces... Try back strengthening exercises. If pain very severe hampering daily activities and making it difficult to climb stairs / pain upon bending / difficult to get out of bed... Consult local orthopaedic surgeon for clinical evaluation and need for any intervention. Thank you.
Next Steps
Consult local Orthopaedic surgeon for clinical evaluation. Start physio and conservative management.
Health Tips
Avoid bending. Avoid lifting heavy weights. Use a pillow below both knees while sleeping at night.

Hi, by seeing ur age and MRI reports U can go with conservative management. 80-90 % it subsides with rest and pain killer medications itself. Take adequate rest, mediations as advised for doctor which includes a muscle relaxant. Nerve medication like Pregabalin/Gabapentin would help to reduce ur radiculopathy symptoms.
Health Tips
Avoid excessive forward bending, weight lifting and minimise stairs.
