Lumbar Degenerative disc disease

I have lumbar degenerative disc in L3- L4 and L4 -L5 , i get sciatica pain too along with hip pain. I do the stretching but i can't sleep at night due to pain. Now I'm getting knee pain which the dr said is referred pain.. i lost 10 kg weight. Kindly help with pain relief.. thank's

Please inform about your profession, amount of time spent sitting and sitting habits. This looks more of a muscles related problem secondary to your sitting habits and patellofemoral joint issues at knee also due to sitting cross legged using that leg.
