Suffering from L5-S1 disc space reduced problem since two years. Pain in back waist. Also heavy rigidity in muscles. Difficulty in sitting at ground by folding legs, difficulty in remain standing position for long time, muscular pain around waist and below and even around neck starts.

Your back muscles are getting weaker ànd stiffer. Thus the progressive reduction in the time that you can sit or stand. Floor sitting and getting up is also a stress. Sit properly and do appropriate exercises.

This may be degenerative disc disease. For final diagnosis it will be better if you go for MRI LUMBOSACRAL spine . Till that - AVOID sudden forward bending , weight lifting .
