Lower right 3rd molar tooth half decayed. it seems i need a RCT please advise? i do not want to extract it completely.

Hi..based on the tooth position we can decide whether to save by RCT or remove. Removal is always best option if tooth crown and roots are complicated . Regards

Hi if its upright and in occlusion and if ur dentist says he can do it then only cause thr is problem of accessibility and if all can be done then bo harm in going for rct feel free to ask ne further queries and if possible post an x ray of the same tooth..best of luck take care

It depends on the position of the third. Thever fact that your third is decayed is because of inaccessibility to clean. So i think you take your dentist's advice.
