Lower Rhomboid Muscle Pain because- Gym

After Gym workout I've gone through above issue and it's still paining since a month, I've tried with icing and massage but it is temporarily relieved but not getting good permanently. Please suggest something.

Hi, Since the pain is there more than a month kindly visit a physiotherapist. Normally the pain should vanish soon, since you have it a month please check it out. Please do your gym workouts with a trainer.

please check if you are over doing in gym, also make sure you do the exercises properly.

Hi.. kindly visit a physiotherapist Take atleast 10 sittings of Ultrasound or Laser if available Do proper supervised strengthening exercises Adopt a good posture And have plenty of fluids to avoid such strains in future.. Tc.

Greetings,  sorry about the pain.  Your posture and poor muscle activation have contributed to your pain.  What you did was correct but posture needs to be addressed.  Until you recover try not to visit gym.
Next Steps
see a physio with knowledge about trigger point and posture correction and you can see results in 2-3 days and after corrective exercise for neck and shoulder as recommended by physio in 2 weeks you can return to gym.
