Hell sir, this sounds like a mucocele and we also have to know about the previous history of this same bumps, and if we concluded it as nucocele then we have to examin clinically,then we might have to do a removal of it, this might sound scary but u can get it done is a hour with zero pain and injection which can be done with the use of lasers.
